Chef Nikk is originally from Philadelphia​ (Go Eagles!), but I have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area for 16 years. I have a passion for teaching others about food, more specifically, how to create dishes at home using the freshest ingredients available by utilizing farmers markets and local farms.


Other than food, I love God, the Eagles and my family (not in that order lol). Spending time with family and friends, sharing a great meal, also brings me great joy. 

Education + Experience:

Chef Nikk is a graduate of Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia with a degree in Culinary Arts. After 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, she decided to pursue her passion in private catering. 

Chef Nikk has extensive experience in both hotel and restaurant management, as well as private catering.


Chef Nikk holds the ServSafe Manager Certfication
