Chef Nikk's Creations began in 2015 out of request from a friend to cater a wedding. Despite thinking that it was out of my league, I catered the event anyway, and the rest was history!

My goal is to create a one of kind experience for my clients; whether it is an intimate dinner, girls brunch, or family gathering, I aim to create extraordinary experiences with food.

I often get asked "What is your specialty?" I never know how to answer that question; I love cooking with fresh ingredients from farm to table. It excites me to use spices from all over the world--whether I'm using a harissa for my chicken, or herbs de provence for my lamb, I always want to excite the palette with new flavors. I guess you can say I specialize in spreading my passion for food to everyone.

Chef Nikk's Creations enjoys providing catering services for intimate dinner parties, brunches, retreats, cocktail receptions, and more.

I also offer private cooking lessons for groups up to 12. There is a rewarding feeling teaching people about ingredients they have never used or introducing them to new spices from a foreign land. So, gather a few friends and let's cook together!
